Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located inIslamabad, Pakistan, and you irrevocably consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and AIBN regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.

Modifications to Terms

AIBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Should a revision be deemed material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
